RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Last updated: 1 October 2026
At Drumperry, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights when purchasing goods from Drumperry.store, including your rights under applicable United Kingdom consumer law.
This policy is intended to operate in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as amended from time to time.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
1. CONTACT DETAILS
Store: Drumperry
Website: Drumperry.store
Email: hello@Drumperry.store
For any questions regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, faulty products or exchanges, please contact us at the email address above.
2. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ONLINE ORDER
When purchasing goods online from Drumperry as a consumer, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days beginning on the day after you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Where multiple items from the same order are delivered separately, the cancellation period generally begins after the final item from that order has been received.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact:
Your cancellation request should include your name, order number, the item or items you wish to return and sufficient information for us to identify your purchase.
You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling an eligible online purchase.
3. RETURNING GOODS AFTER CANCELLATION
After notifying us that you wish to cancel your order, you must return the relevant goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to cancel.
Please contact hello@Drumperry.store before returning any product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Please do not send a return to an address found on packaging, shipping labels or elsewhere unless that address has specifically been confirmed by Drumperry for returns.
4. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You may inspect and handle a product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way that you would normally be able to inspect an item in a physical shop.
For clothing, this generally means that you may try an item on carefully.
Returned items should, where reasonably possible:
-
Be returned with their original packaging;
-
Have original tags and labels attached;
-
Be clean and free from stains, odours or damage;
-
Not have been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try the item on;
-
Include any accessories or components originally supplied with the product.
Your statutory right to cancel is not automatically lost merely because original packaging has been opened.
However, where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods and this causes a reduction in their value, we may be legally entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect that diminished value.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS FOR CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless Drumperry has expressly agreed otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked or otherwise reliable delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your refund has been completed.
You remain responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged for their return journey.
This section does not apply where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract. Please see the section concerning faulty or incorrect goods below.
6. REFUNDS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION
Where you validly cancel an eligible online purchase, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods.
Where you paid a delivery charge for your original order, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us for that order, as required by law.
If you chose a more expensive or premium delivery option, such as express or expedited delivery, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
7. WHEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED
Refunds will be made without undue delay.
Where goods are being returned, we may withhold the refund until:
-
We have received the returned goods; or
-
You provide acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
Where applicable, the refund will be issued no later than 14 days after the relevant legal refund period begins.
8. REFUND METHOD
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We do not charge customers an administrative fee simply for receiving a legally required refund.
After we issue a refund, your bank, card provider or payment service provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account. Such processing times are outside Drumperry's direct control.
9. FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Your rights where goods are faulty are separate from your right to cancel because you have changed your mind.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied by Drumperry must meet applicable legal standards, including being:
-
Of satisfactory quality;
-
Fit for their normal purpose and any particular purpose agreed with us; and
-
As described.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or the wrong item, please contact:
Please include your order number, a description of the problem and, where reasonably requested, photographs or other evidence showing the issue.
Requesting photographs does not remove or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
10. 30-DAY SHORT-TERM RIGHT TO REJECT FAULTY GOODS
Where goods do not conform to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may have a statutory short-term right to reject the goods within 30 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in the legislation.
Where the short-term right to reject applies, you may be entitled to a refund.
Drumperry will not impose contractual terms that unlawfully remove or restrict this statutory right.
11. FAULTS DISCOVERED AFTER 30 DAYS
If a fault is identified after the initial short-term right to reject has expired, you may still have statutory rights.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement and, where the legal requirements are met, a price reduction or final right to reject the goods.
Where a fault becomes apparent within the legally relevant period, the rules concerning whether the fault is presumed to have existed when the goods were supplied will apply in accordance with UK consumer law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to shorten any statutory limitation period or other consumer remedy available under applicable law.
12. RETURN COSTS FOR FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
Where goods are properly rejected because they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, Drumperry will bear reasonable return costs where required by law.
Please contact us before arranging the return so that we can provide appropriate instructions.
13. SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Products purchased during a sale, promotion or at a discounted price have the same statutory consumer rights regarding faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods as products purchased at full price.
A promotional or discounted price does not remove your legal rights.
14. ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE CHANGE-OF-MIND CANCELLATION RIGHT
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel where permitted by law.
Examples can include:
-
Goods made to your specifications;
-
Clearly personalised goods;
-
Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
-
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken;
-
Other products expressly excluded from the cancellation right under applicable legislation.
For example, where sealed underwear or another hygiene-sensitive product is supplied with a genuine hygiene seal, the change-of-mind cancellation right may cease once that seal has been broken where the legal requirements for the exemption are satisfied.
These exclusions do not remove your rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights.
15. PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Goods made specifically to your requirements or clearly personalised may not qualify for the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not affect your rights if the personalised or custom-made product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
16. HYGIENE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Where a product is supplied sealed and is not suitable for return for genuine health protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory change-of-mind right may be lost if the seal is broken after delivery.
Where applicable, the product description or packaging may identify the relevant hygiene restrictions.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
17. EXCHANGES
Where available, we may offer an exchange for another size, colour or product.
An exchange service is separate from your statutory rights.
If an exchange is unavailable, you may be asked to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Nothing in our exchange process limits your legal cancellation or consumer rights.
18. REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
If a parcel is refused, not collected or returned to us by the carrier, please contact us.
Any refund or additional delivery charges will depend on the reason for the return and your applicable statutory rights.
We will not impose charges that unlawfully restrict your right to cancel or your rights relating to faulty goods.
19. RETURNED PARCELS AND PROOF OF POSTAGE
Where you arrange a return yourself, we strongly recommend retaining:
-
Your postal receipt;
-
Tracking information;
-
Proof of shipment; and
-
Any relevant correspondence with Drumperry.
Proof that goods have been sent back may be relevant to the timing of your refund.
20. LOST RETURN PARCELS
If a return parcel is lost while being transported by a carrier selected directly by you, responsibility may depend on the circumstances and the contract you have with that carrier.
Please retain proof of postage and tracking details so that any issue can be investigated.
Where Drumperry provides a return service or arranges collection, different arrangements may apply.
21. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at:
If the order has not entered the dispatch process, we will attempt to cancel it before shipment.
If it has already been dispatched, your statutory cancellation and return rights will continue to apply where applicable.
22. DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the external packaging and the affected product where reasonably possible and contact us promptly.
This helps us investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
Failure to provide photographs does not automatically remove any statutory rights you may have.
23. WRONG SIZE OR COLOUR
Where you purchased an item online and simply decide that the size, colour or style is unsuitable, the statutory cancellation provisions described above will generally apply, provided the item is eligible for cancellation.
Please notify us within the applicable cancellation period.
24. PROOF OF PURCHASE
We may reasonably request proof that the product was purchased from Drumperry before processing a return, refund, repair or replacement.
Valid proof may include:
-
Order confirmation;
-
Order number;
-
Payment record;
-
Email receipt; or
-
Other reasonable evidence of purchase.
25. REFUNDS TO THIRD PARTIES
Refunds are normally made to the original payment method and to the person or account that made the purchase, unless another arrangement is required or expressly agreed.
26. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing contained in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace rights granted to consumers under applicable UK law.
In particular, this policy should be read together with rights arising under legislation including, where applicable:
-
Consumer Rights Act 2015;
-
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; and
-
Other applicable UK consumer protection legislation and regulations, as amended from time to time.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory statutory consumer right, the statutory right will prevail.
27. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR CANCELLATION
To request a cancellation, return, refund or report a faulty item, email:
Please provide:
-
Your full name;
-
Your order number;
-
The product or products concerned;
-
Whether you are requesting a cancellation, return, refund, repair, replacement or exchange;
-

29. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The most recent version will be published on Drumperry.store.
