We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are delivered within the delivery period communicated to you.
8. DELIVERY DELAYS
Although we aim to meet our stated delivery periods, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery.
These may include:
-
Severe weather;
-
Carrier disruption;
-
Transport delays;
-
Peak shopping periods;
-
Public holidays;
-
Customs or border procedures where applicable;
-
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
-
Extraordinary events affecting transport networks; or
-
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to provide relevant information.
Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights if your order is not delivered within the agreed period.
9. YOUR RIGHTS IF DELIVERY IS LATE
Where an agreed delivery period forms part of your contract with us, your rights regarding late delivery will apply in accordance with UK consumer law.
If delivery by the agreed date or within the agreed period was essential and the applicable legal requirements are satisfied, you may have the right to treat the contract as ended.
In other circumstances, you may be entitled to give us an appropriate additional period in which to complete delivery.
If delivery is still not completed within that additional period, you may have the right to cancel the affected order and receive reimbursement in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to restrict those statutory rights.
10. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
Please ensure that the following information is correct:
-
Recipient's full name;
-
House or building number;
-
Street name;
-
Flat or unit number where applicable;

11. CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact:
as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet entered processing or dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to update the details.
Once an order has been dispatched, changing the address may not be possible.
12. UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
A carrier may be unable to complete delivery where, for example:
-
Nobody is available to receive the parcel where required;
-
The address is inaccessible;
-
The delivery information is incomplete;
-
The carrier cannot safely leave the parcel; or
-
The parcel requires collection from a designated location.
Please follow any instructions supplied by the delivery carrier.
13. UNCLAIMED OR UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
If a parcel is taken to a collection point, you should collect it within the period specified by the carrier.
If an order is not collected and is returned to us, please contact:
We will review the circumstances and provide the available options.
Any reshipping charge will only be applied where appropriate, lawful and clearly communicated.
14. RETURNED TO SENDER
A parcel may be returned to the sender for reasons including:
-
An incomplete address;
-
An incorrect postcode;
-
An unsuccessful delivery attempt;
-
Failure to collect the parcel;
-
Recipient refusal; or
-
Carrier delivery restrictions.
If your tracking information shows Returned to Sender, please contact us so that we can investigate the order.
15. LOST PARCELS
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact:
Provide your:
-
Full name;
-
Order number;
-
Delivery address; and
-
Tracking number, where available.
We will investigate the matter with the relevant delivery provider.
If the parcel is confirmed as lost before risk has legally passed to you, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.
16. RISK DURING DELIVERY
Where Drumperry arranges delivery to a consumer, the goods generally remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable law.
The use of a third-party delivery carrier does not automatically transfer that risk to the customer before delivery.
Different rules may apply where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.
17. DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Where reasonably possible, please provide:
-
Your order number;
-
Photographs of the outer packaging;
-
Photographs of the damaged product; and
-
A description of the issue.
This information helps us investigate the matter with the delivery provider.
Failure to provide photographs does not automatically remove any statutory rights that you may have.
18. INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that you did not order, please contact:
and provide your order number and details of the incorrect product.
Where the error is ours, we will provide appropriate instructions and resolve the matter without unlawfully charging you for our mistake.
19. MISSING ITEMS
If an order containing multiple products arrives with an item missing, first check your shipping confirmation because products may occasionally be sent separately.
If the item is not listed as a separate shipment, please contact:
with your order details.
20. MULTIPLE PARCELS
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels.
As a result:
-
Parcels may have different tracking numbers;
-
Parcels may arrive on different days; and
-
One part of an order may arrive before another.
Where possible, relevant tracking information will be provided.
21. SHIPPING COSTS
Our current delivery options are:
Standard Delivery — FREE
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days
Express Delivery — PAID
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
The exact Express Delivery charge will be displayed before you submit your order.

Our UK delivery services may cover eligible addresses in:
-

Certain remote or restricted locations may have different delivery arrangements where this is clearly communicated before purchase.
24. PO BOXES AND RESTRICTED ADDRESSES
Some delivery providers may not be able to deliver certain products to:
-
PO Boxes;
-
Military addresses;
-
Parcel forwarding services;
-
Certain remote addresses; or
-
Other restricted locations.
Where such restrictions apply, they will be communicated where reasonably possible.
25. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT PROCEDURES
Where an order is fulfilled through an international supply or logistics route, customs or border processing may occasionally affect delivery.
Any mandatory charges for which the customer is responsible will be disclosed where required by law before the purchase is completed.
Customers will not be required to pay undisclosed mandatory charges that should legally have been communicated before entering into the contract.
26. DELIVERY ESTIMATES DURING BUSY PERIODS
During particularly busy periods, such as:
-
Christmas;
-
Black Friday;
-
Major promotional campaigns;
-
Bank holidays; or
-
Significant carrier disruptions,
delivery networks may experience increased demand.
Where this materially affects delivery estimates known to us before purchase, we will aim to communicate the relevant information.
27. CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact:
as soon as possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding your cancellation and return rights.
28. DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Shipping arrangements do not remove your statutory cancellation rights for eligible distance purchases.
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details concerning:
-
The 14-day cancellation period where applicable;
-
Returning products;
-
Refunds;
-
Faulty items; and

-
Consumer Rights Act 2015;
-
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; and
-
Other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If any provision in this Shipping Policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the statutory right will prevail.
32. CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect:
-
Changes to delivery providers;
-
Changes to available shipping methods;
-
Operational changes;
-
Changes in applicable law; or
-
Improvements to our service.
Any changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights applying to an order already placed.
